FAQ

Are there any travel costs?

We cover all the travel costs within GTA area. Beyond that, we charge a travel fee based on distance.

How many photos are included in the package?

You’ll typically receive anywhere from 600 to 1,000+ photos for a full wedding day, depending on how many hours you book from us! For engagement sessions, a one-hour shoot usually gets you over 100 beautifully colour-graded photos.

What is your deposit policy?

To finalize your booking, a 50% deposit of the total package fee is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

We welcome all types of weather; in fact, some of our most dramatic photos are captured in 'bad' weather. For weddings, venues typically have indoor backup plans if the weather does not permit an outdoor session. For engagements and other outdoor portrait sessions, we are happy to reschedule if you prefer not to shoot in the forecasted conditions at no costs.

Are there any editing on the photos?

Yes. We do colour grading on all the photos we shoot in the style you see from our website portfolio.

How many cameras do you bring and what camera models do you use?

For every photo session, we bring a minimum of two cameras to ensure reliability. We shoot exclusively with professional-grade Canon mirrorless cameras, specifically the R5 series and Canon RF lens.

Do you shoot film? and what film camera and film type do you use?

Definitely! We primarily shoot digitally, and film photography is available as an optional add-on to any of our packages.

We offer both 35mm and 120 medium format film photography. For 35mm, we primarily use the Canon EOS-1N and Canon EOS 3, while our medium format camera is the Pentax 67II.

We regularly shoot a variety of film stocks, including Kodak Portra 160, Portra 400, and Portra 800, as well as Kodak Gold 200, Kodak Ultramax 400, and Cinestill films. This allows us to choose the film stock that best complements the lighting, atmosphere, and aesthetic of your wedding day.

When can we get our photos?

For weddings, it takes up to 4 weeks to receive all the gallery photos in an online gallery, and you can get a sneak peek within 7 days after your wedding day. For engagement session, typically it takes up to 1-2 weeks for all the photos.
